Password Resets and User ID unlock via SMS for IWealth Planner Portal/ Life Quotations
This facility enables you to reset or unlock your passwords or User ID via SMS. Your mobile number needs to be registered in the system for this facility.
- How to use the service?
- You need to send a SMS to 115310000.
- To UNLOCK the User ID: type the following SMS and send to the above number.
- To RESET the password: type the following SMS and send to the above number
- Please call IT Help Line on 011-2310303 (Ext: 2303) if you receive one of the following SMS Replies.
How do I get register?(Only for Branch users)
- Sorry! you are not registered for this service. If you are a iWP, pls contact your Techno-User, Branch Users, pls contact IT Helpline during office hours, to register. Thanks
