Password Resets and User ID unlock via SMS for IWealth Planner Portal/ Life Quotations

Overview

This facility enables you to reset or unlock your passwords or User ID via SMS. Your mobile number needs to be registered in the system for this facility.

FAQ
  • How to use the service?
    • You need to send a SMS to 115310000.  
    • To UNLOCK the User ID: type the following SMS and send to the above number.

    • To RESET the password: type the following SMS and send to the above number

    • You need to provide the User ID, EMPID, NIC, and the mobile no.
